Film Without Film is a project about making films without actually making a film. Started during My residency program in Gwangju, South Korea in 2024, the project transforms photographs into imagined cinematic scenes through the addition of subtitles and fictional film titles. Each image appears like a still frame from a movie that never existed, inviting viewers to construct their own narratives between photography, memory, and cinema.
